Welcome to the latest information regarding this year's City of Parker Community Day activities. Please stop back often to see what's been added.
Parker Community Day 2008 will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at the Philips Municipal Park, Euclid Avenue, Parker, Pennsylvania.
As in years past, the event will feature a parade to kick off the day. The parade will take place at 2:00 p.m.
Activities will include a Basketball Tournament, Old-Timers Softball, Rides, Vendors, Bingo, Chicken BBQ and finally, Fireworks!
New events for this year will include a Sawdust Pile, Dish Coin Toss, Cow Patty Bingo, a must see, and a live band performance. Additional activities are being added.
All day rides are priced at $5.00 in advance and $6.00 at the gate. Tickets can be purchases at Bob's Place Restaurant beginning May 1, 2008.
We are always seeking parade participants and vendors interested in setting up at the park. If you are interested in getting in the parade or would like a vendor's site, e-mail us with your request or questions to: visitparker@yahoo.com
